Sweet, without the stevia

Most zero-sugar mixes use stevia leaf extract, and you taste it: that bitter, lingering aftertaste. We use Reb M instead, made by fermentation from rice rather than pulled from the stevia leaf. The result is clean, sugar-like sweetness with no bitter finish. Our unflavored mix has no sweetener at all.

How much sodium is in each serving?
Every serving has 800mg sodium, 240mg potassium, and 60mg magnesium.
Is there any sugar?
No. Zero sugar, zero calories, and no artificial sweeteners. One note for full transparency: our flavored mixes carry trace amounts of maltodextrin that come along with the natural flavoring, so they are not completely maltodextrin-free. The unflavored mix has none.
How is it sweetened? Is there stevia?
