Who is Saltivate for?

Anyone who needs more sodium than a normal diet provides. That includes POTS, low blood pressure, and other salt-losing conditions, keto and fasting, heavy sweaters, and anyone whose doctor said to get more salt. Hot days, sauna, golf, and pickleball count too.

How much sodium is in each serving?

Every serving has 800mg sodium, 240mg potassium, and 60mg magnesium.

Is there any sugar?

No. Zero sugar and no artificial sweeteners. Raw Unflavored has zero calories; the flavored mixes have 10 calories per serving from the natural flavoring. That flavoring carries trace maltodextrin, so flavored mixes are not completely maltodextrin-free. The unflavored mix has none.

How is it sweetened? Is there stevia?

No sugar, and no stevia leaf extract. Our flavored mixes use Reb M, made by fermentation rather than pulled from the stevia leaf, so there is no bitter stevia aftertaste. The unflavored mix has no sweetener at all.
