To measure your sweat volume, weigh yourself before and after your workout. For best results, remove any clothes, pat yourself dry after the workout, avoid going to the bathroom between both measures, and weigh yourself with the same bottle from which you drink during the workout. The difference in weight (in kg) is approximately equal to your sweat volume (in liters).
