What practitioners ask us

What comes in the case?
A mix of flavored packets and Raw Unflavored, sized to the patients you see in a month: enough for your staff to try it and plenty to hand out.

Is there any cost or shipping?
No. We cover the case and the shipping to your practice.

Why do you ask for an NPI or license number?
Cases go to practices, not to individuals. A number lets us approve you without a research pass, so those requests go out first. The field is optional; a practice website and address work too, they just take longer.

Can patients pay with HSA or FSA?
Yes. Patients pay with an HSA or FSA card directly at checkout, no letter of medical necessity.
