Mango Pineapple Gummies

Mango Pineapple Gummies

Homemade mango electrolyte gummies turn Saltivate into a snack you can chew: mango purée and honey warmed gently, set with gelatin, and dosed with two scoops of Raw Unflavored across the batch. The plain mix dissolves clear and brings sodium, potassium, and magnesium with zero sugar of its own, plus a light salty edge that deepens the mango and honey the way a pinch of salt wakes up fruit.

Hands on time is about fifteen minutes, plus two hours in the fridge to set. Silicone molds make unmolding painless, and the gummies keep in the refrigerator for several days. They are a good option for anyone who wants electrolytes in solid form, whether that is for a hike, a long drive, or a desk drawer.
