Tear, pour, and shake into 16 to 32 oz of water, or into seltzer, juice, or a smoothie; its salt lightly seasons the drink and sharpens the flavors already there, the same reason salt belongs in chocolate. I wasn't sure what to expect, so I was so
I wasn't sure what to expect, so I was so pleased that not only was the unflavored very satisfying in it's taste, but the flavored samples really caught me by surprise.
Every electrolyte flavor I tried in the past was pretty awful, flavor so intense I found them sickening. But you flavors taste exactly like the real fruit with absolutely no fake sweetener after-taste.
I could not be more happy with my decision to give your product a try.Barb · · Verified buyer

My results on using this product
I have been running for 15 years and stopped drinking sport drinks and replace it with a grape cranberry 100% juice mixed with water however I found that in the Texas heat i would feel slightly dizzy and light headed after I stopped running during my cool down laps. I did the research and tried the raw package. It was 77 degrees this morning at 530am and 100% humidity. I drank 1/3 of the product pre run and 2/3 after the run during my cool down and absolutely no dizziness. I was so pleased with this. I plan on using this product for all my runs from now on. Thanks so much!
