This mango coconut recovery smoothie is the creamier cousin of a classic mango shake: frozen mango, coconut milk, and banana blended smooth, with a serving of Saltivate Mango Pineapple stirred in for matching tropical flavor plus 800mg of sodium, 240mg of potassium, and 60mg of magnesium. The coconut milk makes it taste far richer than the ingredient list suggests. Blend one after a hot training session or a long day outdoors, when you want calories and fluids in the same glass.

Per serving: about 380 kcal, 60g carbs, 42g sugar.
Serving suggestions and variations
- Greener version. A handful of spinach blends in without changing the flavor much.
- Smoothie bowl. Cut the water back and eat it with a spoon under granola and coconut flakes.
- Tarter glass. A tablespoon of lime juice cuts the coconut richness.
